ORDER AND PROCESSING

Can I cancel my order?

We start designing your personalized piece fast, so please reach out ASAP if you'd like to cancel your order.

If your order hasn't been packed or shipped yet, we'll be able to cancel your order and refund you the full amount. Please contact wearoneofone@gmail.com with your order number and wait 72 hours for a response.

Can I change the picture or name on my order?

You can make any changes to your order. We want your personalization to be exactly what you want. Please reach out ASAP so our design team can craft the perfect piece for you.

How do you edit the picture I upload for my order?

Our graphic design team uses your picture and name that you choose on your order and begin crafting them into your selected design.

How do I know what my order will look like?

We will provide you a realistic mock-up of your order before we proceed to producing your item via email. You will have 24 hours to respond with any changes or adjustments to your order before we produce your item.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

Do you offer refunds?

Yes, we offer refunds. If you are not pleased with your order within 14-days after it is delivered, you may request a full refund for any reason.

How do I return my order?

Due to our items being personalized to you. We will allow you to keep your ordered items and provide you a full refund. Our mission is to have happy customers that are in love with their items.

How soon will I recieve my refund?

Once our team has approved your refund, you will receive your refund immediately with an email confirmation within 24 hours.
